Open Love is an AI-powered relationship advisory platform developed internally by MCHK Technologies. Built using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), the platform provides relationship-focused guidance based on a curated library of more than 50 books covering dating, marriage, communication, emotional intelligence, intimacy, attachment styles, and psychology.
Fragmented Information
People frequently seek relationship advice online, but information is often fragmented, biased, or contradictory. Generic AI assistants lack specialized relationship knowledge, while social media advice is frequently inconsistent. Users needed a trusted platform capable of providing thoughtful and context-aware relationship guidance.
RAG-Powered Conversational AI
We designed Open Love as a web-based conversational platform powered by a Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture. Instead of relying solely on LLM knowledge, the platform retrieves relevant content from a curated relationship knowledge base and uses it to generate responses tailored to the user's situation.
Knowledge Base & RAG Architecture
The platform indexes knowledge from 50+ books covering dating, marriage, communication, emotional intelligence, attachment theory, intimacy, conflict resolution, and relationship psychology. Content is converted into embeddings and stored in Pinecone for semantic search.
