Chancenkarte was developed as a digital platform designed to simplify the Germany Opportunity Card journey for skilled professionals seeking employment opportunities in Germany. By digitizing the initial qualification process, the platform reduces confusion for applicants while helping consultants focus on qualified leads.
The project was created to address a growing demand from professionals interested in relocating to Germany but struggling to understand eligibility requirements, documentation needs, and migration pathways.

A Guided Digital Funnel
We designed and developed a comprehensive web platform centered around a guided eligibility assessment workflow. Instead of requiring applicants to immediately book consultations, the system first collects key profile information.
Eligibility Assessment Engine
The core feature is a 15-question eligibility assessment process covering educational qualifications, work experience, language proficiency, age criteria, and career objectives. Once completed, the system generates an assessment outcome.
Consultation Workflow
Following the assessment, applicants connect with consultants. Because consultants receive assessment information beforehand, discussions become more productive and focused on actionable guidance rather than basic screening.
User Experience Design
The UX was intentionally designed to minimize friction with mobile-first responsiveness, minimal data entry, and clear navigation, maximizing completion rates.
